YOU ARE

• A passionate person who likes to teach people and help them to dive into new technologies
• Skilled in at least one of the programming languages (C#/.NET, Java, Python, JavaScript), knowledgeable about DB (SQL, NoSQL), understanding network protocols, clouds
• Having a concept of project management processes
• A candidate with good communication and other soft skills that will help you to mentor our students
• An excellent talker with Upper-Intermediate English and Spanish level

Your big advantages include

• International certifications like Microsoft, Cisco, or others
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or similar

• Managing the development of real Trainee projects together with delivery tech lead
• Designing and delivering training, sessions, and knowledge sharing for Softserve Academy trainees
